There are many ways that your group can get involved in the 10-Year Plan - no matter your needs and capacity. Work is already underway in West Yorkshire. If you need support in adapting resources to replicate ideas, including the recording of the 10 Year Plan webinare recording, get in touch at wyicb.

The urgent care blueprint development group wanted to add questions to a survey they were sending out to partners and staff, we were able to support them in adding the questions and feeding back the relevant part of the responses. The West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership's Long-Term Conditions team did not have capacity to provide a full-scale workshop. We worked with the team to help concentrate on tighter discussions and provide additional resources.
Sarah De Biase, Senior Programme Manager for Improving Population Health, said of the workshops: "The workshop worked really well. We had a three hour session and one hour was committed to the NHS Change three shifts.
"We covered the slides in the slide deck and had A3 printed off templates for each of the shifts, Q&As, and tasked tables of people to document / take notes on the discussions aligned to each of the prompt questions for the shifts. We then populated an overarching document which will be added to the online survey."
