About our Programme
The Partnership’s Digital Programme works in collaboration with the places, organisations and other priority programmes to enable the transformational change West Yorkshire is looking to deliver by enhancing and improving the use of digital across the system.
All our work is underpinned and supported by technology. Our approach is based on the ‘anytime, anywhere, any place’ philosophy.
As we experience in everyday life, technology is transforming the way people receive and use services, and the way that services and organisations connect with each other to improve joined up working.
Our Digital Strategy
Our digital strategy aims to put you in control of your health and wellbeing, using modern technologies that are available to everyone. We want you to have the option to access healthcare online in the same way that many of you will already do for other day to day services. This includes accessing the services you need when you are ill and when you are supporting yourself, your family members and those you care for to stay healthy.
