Have your say

Mental health crisis support is now available to anyone across West Yorkshire by calling NHS 111 and selecting the mental health crisis option. The West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership is keen to hear about your experience of accessing mental health crisis support using NHS 111 and other crisis support services.

Who will we speak to?

We are hoping to hear from as many people who have used the NHS mental health crisis support as possible about their experience and support received. We would also like to hear from people who didn’t use NHS 111 for crisis support.

What and how will we ask?

If you have used NHS 111 for crisis support, we would like to learn about your experiences accessing the support, how long it took to speak with someone, as well as your experiences speaking with the mental health advisor. We want to know that you were treated with dignity and respect and any support you were given to help manage your crisis.

If you didn’t use NHS 111 for crisis support, we want to know why that is, and anything else you’d like to tell us.”

We are collecting feedback by using a survey. This is available electronically, as well as in paper format. Paper copies are available to download (link) and alternative formats of the survey are also available on request.

What will we do?

Your answers will help us to identify future improvements that could be made to the service.
