In session 2 of our distinguished lecture series, the 10 Year Health Plan — from central government to neighbourhoods, national leaders unpack how the 10 Year Health Plan turns into real change in West Yorkshire’s places and neighbourhoods. This session looked at what is working, what can be improved and how partnerships, co-production and data can help neighbourhood teams improve outcomes.

Session 3 of the Distinguished Lecture Series was "system transformation at scale - learning from industry," featuring a conversation between Dr Umang Patel, Matt Cook, Neville Young and Shaukat Ali Khan. Their discussion included subjects such as embedding innovation in healthcare practice, and the importance of focussing on product, delivery, and data.
We are delighted to announce the launch of the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board Distinguished Lecture Series, in collaboration with the West Yorkshire Innovation Hub. Over the next 12 months, the series will host regional, national and internationally renowned speakers who will share their knowledge, expertise and perspectives in digital health, data-driven innovation, and technology-enabled care. These sessions are designed to inspire, inform, and empower professionals across the health and care system.
