NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board launches a new all-age 24/7 mental health crisis text support service on 1 April.
The delivery of an all-age crisis text service is a national NHS England ambition and is important in ensuring that we improve accessibility to support during a crisis. Feedback from people in West Yorkshire and national intelligence shows that Text is a preferred crisis offer for lots of people, including those who may have a neurodiversity, younger people or anyone who would prefer to communicate via text.
