We are recruiting for a fourth Independent Non-Executive Member for our NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board

Posted on: 13 May 2022

As an Independent Non-Executive Member for the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, you will help set the tone in our ambitious, successful, award-winning system. You will help shape a new team that leads in a very different way from any predecessor organisation - in a system built on a partnership between the NHS, local government, hospices, Healthwatch, the voluntary community social enterprise sector (VCSE), business and communities. We have a model of diverse and distributed leadership that embraces all the talents in the partnership. Together we are proud to be the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.

Your values and behaviours will be fundamental, and you will be a respected, compassionate, and inclusive leader with the ability to build and sustain successful partnerships.

We would be pleased to receive applications from people from a variety of backgrounds and sectors who have in common a commitment to tackling health inequalities and achieving equality, diversity, and inclusion for and with the population and health and care workers of West Yorkshire. We are very committed to increasing the diversity of our leadership so that it is representative of the population we serve in West Yorkshire and particularly welcome applications from people from an ethnic minority background.

If you share our values and ambitions for the people living in West Yorkshire and have the skills and experience to drive our integrated care system forward, then we would be delighted to receive your application.

For more information about this outstanding opportunity, please contact Peter Mason at peter.mason@odgersberndtson.com or Gillian Powell gillian.powell@odgersberndtson.com for a conversation in confidence.

Closing date for applications is 5:00pm on 1st June.
