The Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub supported induction sessions for members of the West Yorkshire Community Mental Health Transformation (CMHT) workforce and the larger West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.

These sessions are open to cross-sector partners working in a variety of roles with the aim of introducing what the Hub can provide for staff and their organisations.

The induction session was facilitated by Sarah Warburton and Charlene Sibanda, Assistant Psychologists from the Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub team. The pair introduced how the Hub can benefit both individuals and teams as well as the various resources.

Throughout the induction, Sarah and Charlene talked through Men in Health, the six Steps of CrISSP (Critical Incident Staff Support Pathway), the Start Well End Well framework and upcoming Schwartz Rounds.

It was completely interactive throughout. It involved use of website Menti to receive anonymous submissions and feedback. Although the session finished at 11am, Gary Blake, Training and Development Manager at West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership kept the session open in case anyone wanted to stay on to debrief.
