‘Together We Can’ is West Yorkshire’s long term campaign to minimise pressure on urgent and emergency services. This is the fifth year the
campaign has been rolled out as a West Yorkshire wide winter campaign.
Together We Can (TWC) was used as a responsive and adaptable approach to local situations and climate and continues to build on learning from previous years. Data and insight were key to developing both messaging and tactics to help people choose the right service and use local services wisely.
This year seasonal vaccinations more closely aligned and sat under the overarching winter campaign.
Online advertising delivered strong results and built on earlier recommendations. Some of this year’s highlights:
- Facebook was very cost effective, brought in the most traffic and reached lots of people with over 32,000 clicks from 1.62 million views. 99.54% of users viewed using mobile devices
- Excellent video engagement on YouTube with 168,971 video views
- There were 37,851 clicks from paid for advertising to the Together We Can web pages
- Boosted social media reached 1.41 million people via the six Trusts and Partnership Facebook pages
- Digital audio advertising on DAX and Spotify delivered 1.11 million impressions for winter and vaccination ads
