Our Leadership and Behaviour Framework uses the philosophy of Appreciative Inquiry (AI). This enables us to start from a position of strength and what is going well rather than the more traditional models which begin from a deficit position. This process is inclusive, enabling every voice to be heard in order that true feeling and expectation is understood and ensuring that pledges to ways of working and collaboration are created and sustained through commitment and understanding.
