The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) - climate action and sustainable healthcare - the RPS host resources, climate change policies and opportunities to pledge climate change commitments.
Greener Practice – Greener Practice – UK's primary care sustainability network - hosts a wide range of resources relating to primary care sustainability including prescribing topics and opportunities to join national networks.
The Pharmaceutical Journal (PJ) - green pharmacy resources - the PJ has a range of articles relating to pharmacy, medicines and climate change.

Reducing medicines waste: a toolkit for general practice and primary care networks - in July 2025 we launched a public campaign called 'only order what you need' to promote the importance of reducing avoidable medicines waste. The campaign website has further information for the public and healthcare organisations. Any organisation wanting to access digital resources to promote the campaign can do so by contacting their local medicines optimisation team.
Royal College of General Practitioners and RPS - Repeat Prescribing Toolkit - this resource was commissioned by NHS England. The toolkit helps practices improve the consistency of repeat prescribing processes and support this with training resources.
