Photo of a woman wearing an orange jumper with her hands on her heart and her eyes closedThanks to vital funding from the staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, The Cellar Trust will host a series of webinars to promote mental health and wellbeing. The two-hour interactive facilitated webinar explores the concept of mental wellbeing and leadership with the ongoing response to the pandemic.

These sessions are open to anyone working within the NHS, VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise), and social care. Participants are encouraged to look at practical ways to look after themselves and fellow colleagues.

So far, participants have found the sessions beneficial. Feedback from the group includes: “Brilliant course, expertly delivered and well worth investing the time” and “lovely and positive delivery and made everyone comfortable to share and join in. Very good and clear pointers for people”.

The feedback from the sessions will shape they way they look going forward. It is aimed at anyone who feels they may benefit from some time to pause and reflect on their wellbeing as well as those around them.

The next sessions take place on 5 January 2023, Tuesday 10 January 2023, Tuesday 17 January 2023 and Thursday 26 January 2023.
